What sounds does it play?
A synthesized heartbeat (lub-dub at 18 BPM) layered with warm brown noise. The heartbeat gives you a slow rhythm to anchor to. The brown noise blocks external distractions. No voices, no music, no nature sounds.
Is there guided meditation?
No. This is a sound-based, self-led meditation timer. You get a heartbeat, brown noise, and a pulsing heart visual. The rest is up to you.
What are the duration options?
2, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 minutes. Pick one and go.
What's the "Skip Introduction" toggle?
The first time you meditate, you'll see a brief introduction: "When you see the heart, close your eyes and focus on the sound." and "When your mind wanders, bring your attention back to the sound. This is a bicep curl for your brain." Once you know the drill, toggle Skip Introduction on in settings and go straight into your session.
Is my data private?
Your sessions are stored on your device and synced via iCloud to your other Apple devices. No account, no tracking, no analytics. Your data never touches our servers.
